Hi there, my name is David Cook. I’m a student at Nottingham Trent University studying Horticulture and the Designed Environment. I am looking for responses to an online questionnaire.

If I can reach 50 responses, there will be a prize draw to win £20! It only takes 2 minutes to fill in.

The answers for this questionnaire are to be used for a final year university dissertation. The only requirement for you to partake in this questionnaire is that you are currently a resident in St Ann’s.

The reason for collecting this data is to see if the statistics on the area relate to the opinion of the residents.

The people who will view this paper will generally be the lecturers and students at Nottingham Trent University. Copies can be requested if anyone should want to see the paper. All answers will be kept anonymous, the only reason I would need the personal information would be to get in contact with the prize winner.

The questionnaire can be found here… http://freeonlinesurveys.com/app/rendersurvey.asp?sid=mm35to82e8x7hs7189263&refer=

Thank you for your time in completing this questionnaire. The results will be valuable to my research.
